Patriot Auto Glass is committed to providing the safest windshield service possible as conveniently as possible. Each mobile service van is equipped with a special oven so we can heat the adhesive that holds the windshield in place to 180°. We'll do whatever it takes to give you a safe and convenient windshield replacement. As long as the temperature outside is 15° or above and it's not raining or snowing, we can do a safe replacement in your driveway or workplace parking lot.

Patriot Auto Glass helping customers with insurance claims is part of our commitment to making safe windshield replacement as convenient as possible. That means minimizing the amount of time customers spend dealing with the insurance process.

We use standardized pricing so we can bill them directly. In New England, windshield replacement is typically included in the comprehensive coverage of most policies. The insurance companies are happy because they know exactly what to expect. And our customers are happy because they don't have to deal with it.

No insurance coverage?

If your motor vehicle insurance policy covers glass damage, our services could be completely FREE. However, if your insurance does not cover damage to your vehicle's glass then we can still help you.

Windshield Repair

In cases of minor breakage, a windshield repair - instead of a full replacement - can often restore the integrity of the glass. The technician injects a resin-based bonding agent into the damaged area. This stops the windshield from cracking further and restores optical clarity. Once a repair is complete, the driver's view is no longer impaired by the damage.If you look closely there will be some residual scarring where the glass was filled with the bonding agent. Windshield repairs are less expensive and take less time than full replacements. They are covered by most insurance companies, most of which will wave the deductible if the windshield is simply repaired instead of being replaced.

Auto Glass Replacement

Patriot Auto Glass performs thousands of safe auto glass replacements every year throughout New England. In most cases, it is the windshield that's damaged but we also replace side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs. We use only factory-authorized glass from industry-approved sources. And we use premium Sika brand urethane adhesive that is heated to 180° and then allowed to cool and set for the strongest seal possible. While safe drive away time varies with temperature and humidity levels, it typically takes about an hour for the adhesive to cure properly. If it is dry and above 15°, we can replace your glass right in your own driveway or workplace parking lot.        

All installation performed by Patriot Auto Glass, Inc. are warrantied against manufacturer's defects and workmanship for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
