What you should know about your car

• Your windshield is classified as a "safety device" because it provides structural strength to your car body, helps keep passengers inside the car if an accident occurs, and supports the inflation and performance of passenger side airbags. As important as the windshield is, so too is the quality and proper installation of the auto glass adhesive.

Our 180° Difference

We use only premium Sika brand urethane adhesive. After conducting extensive research on all available windshield adhesives, we concluded that Sika delivers the strongest seal possible while keeping safe drive away time - the amount of time you have to wait before the adhesive is fully set and it's safe to drive - to a minimum.

The Silka ASAP product meets car manufacturer standards and is widely used by high performance and luxury car makers all over the world, including BMW and Mercedes. Furthermore, the Silka product is ideal for replacements in our fickle New England climate.

The Silka adhesive must be heated to 180°. Despite the extra effort this requires, the results are worth it for it enables up to provide replacements that meet or exceed Federal Standards in a variety of weather and temperature conditions, both indoors and out. Moreover, it allows us to deliver such a safe replacement as quickly as possible. Once the adhesive is heated to 180°, it cures and sets faster than other products - making your car safe to drive in the shortest safe drive away time possible.
